From those photos I'd say Wolf is about 6' .5", so WITHOUT shoes, on stage he'd be right about 5' 11.5".

I think Ronnie is 5' 8".

Seems like it died for everyone. Seriously, they have problems like this every year. You'd think they'd be ready for it by now.

People can pro-qualify in different countries. If someone from Canada wanted to compete at the NPC nationals they could do that and go pro that way.
