    Bb curl- 2x8 (elbow pain so stopped)
    Inc db curl- 6x10
    Hammer curl- 4x8 then drop set from 40-15lb to failure each time no rest

    But in 2 months I pulled 500, then 600 a short time later. Went up crazy fast
