I eat about 1 1/2 hours before i lift. And im gonna have to say i probably work out as hard as anyone on this website, intensity wise for about 2 hours.
I love peanut butter, i eat that Naturally More brand, even though its healthier than most other peanut butters, too much fat to consume a whole thing of it in a day lol.
