Let me see,
I did a few which the guy of my former gym had put together...
One of the routines was:
-Pull ups
-Dips
-Squats (on smith machine, they didn't have a squat rack)
-Push ups...
Just one more question: for bi and tri i do 3 ex for each, for chest 4, is that ok? Should I go with about 3 per muscle for back/shoulders and legs to? :)
