lol honestly the foods you eat on a bulk shouldn't be much different then the health concious foods you eat when cutting, you should just be eating a lot more then you usually do of the same good...

Your reps are way too high. You ideally want 10-14 sets per muscle/muscle group with 6-8 reps per set. That will fix your problems a lot and you should see more gains.
