I need at least 4500 kcal/day. Don't worry too much about protein as I can get that from shakes. Just give me some ideas for food that's quick, easy, and high calorie so I don't have to spend all day...
I seem to be an odd exception here. I can do high rep pullups with 30KG hanging off me but struggle with 105KG on pulldowns (and that is slightly more than my body weight).
