Your shoulders will likely not be completely recovered in 48 hours, hurting your chest workouts. Unless your shoulders really suck, I would put chest as the priority.

Thursday: Shoulders/Triceps
Going from CM to CEE, I lost strength.
Now I take a little of both.
I probably won't buy anymore CEE.
I usually do heavy shrugs(365-385lbs) and never get sore. Last week I did hang cleans w/ 235lbs and my traps actually got sore.
