GreenMag has some extra things thrown in, definately makes a difference imo. Haven't had the bloating effect either, and I've tried creatine mono twice.

Look into Myofusion or XF Whey. And what brand of creatine are you taking? Might wanna take a gander at GreenMAG ;) gooooood stuff.

I don't see why not, the flavoring might be a bit tricky but it can be done. Fruit punch Jack3d and lemonade WF isn't bad in plain old water :).

I take it pre w/o with 2scoops of WF. The focus I get from the GM alone is crazy, add some WF and you're a beastandahalf.
