cheat days suck just do a cheat meal every so often if you want to go nuts. Dedicating an entire day to binging isn't as good anyway.
For me lately, it's anything oatmeal related ... and I used to despise the stuff. Tbsp PB, Oatmeal, Protein powder and packet of Stevia for a little sweetness ... yum.

Those Omron digital BF calculator's are terribly inaccurate. You need to add at least 4-5% to anything it reads.
