Ok so i'm an IGC qualified instructor and do a lot of classes as well as other stuff.

I've been at the same venue about a year now so have built up quite a rep there and quite enjoy the classes...

If you really wanna **** with their heads, look up MetCon training. But to be hoenst if you've had to come on the internet for advice, I don't think you're ready to go into PT just yet
