Plus today I climbed 250' with a 30lb back on my back, then had to stick, rattle up and tension up 180 bolts...talk about a workout.

Well you're right that aesthetic wise it's a long process..took me 4 years and IMO I'm still not where I want to be size wise, I just feel that I can't justify a bulk anymore and rather be lean all...

Personally, as long as you are increasing the weight for the same reps over the year(s) I don;t see a problem with whatever rep...
