    Pre-workout

    I've taken Jack3d and C4, yet to take Ravage. C4 is waaayy better than Jack3d, for sure. But from what everyone is saying about Ravage, it looks like ill stick to C4 instead of trying something new.

    Is it ok to take c4 as a pre and creatine as a post?
