at 180 pounds you shold be alright. Like other people have said: do your conditioning. Also remember to be mentally ready. Camp will be a physical and mental grind, just persevere.
1. take air out of your helmet, if that doesnt work you can switch the inner padding for smaller ones(counting on brand of helmet) or just get another helmet
