    I have just had this done on my left shoulder and a bicep tendionesis where they reattach the bicep with anchors in a lower position.

    I had the Ac joint done in my right shoulder approx 5 years...

    There are plenty of other foods rich in calcium that I enjoy and as I chew my nails anyway I probably wouldn't notice if any thing was amiss !

    I like it!

    I'm a recent convert to paleo and don't eat grains, dairy etc. I like it because I don't over eat and don't eat junk. If it turns out its bad for me I think it still has have been better for me.

    Did you do the progression as layed out in 5x5 on the other excersises and Slowly slowly increased the bench and press?
