So since i can't seem to find too much info on the blue (reactive) slingshot, i guess I'll go with the original one. My plan is to alternate it with reverse bands on the overload sets after my main...
How do you guys that bench raw utilize the slingshot, and do you see it as any better a tool than reverse bands?
Thanks
The red is the original, the blue was made more for dynamic work. You don't get as much bounce out of it, but it's easier to get on, more comfortable, little more versatile i guess
I think I'll go ahead and order the whole package. Should i go with the red or blue slingshot? More or less stiff basically
Thanks guys.
I have the extra cash, so it's not an issue. Would you guys go with the regular (red) slingshot or the reactive (blue) one? The blue one is more for dynamic work, it provides less bounce out of the...

The cheap back extension sold, so it looks like I'm getting the ghd after all. I feel like it's a good investment, it's worth more than I'm paying.
Thanks.
I also just found a horizontal style back extension for $50. I have the money for the ghd, but I'm not 100% convinced that it's a necessary piece. I've used the ghd before at an old gym, and i like...
So i know a guy who is selling his Legend Fitness 7003 varsity ghd for less than $300. It's a couple years old, and looks to be in real good shape. I've looked for reviews on this model, but couldn't...
That's what I've gathered so far, thanks. I think I'll go with it for the time being.
What part of Tulsa are you from?
So I'm looking to get a new bar to replace my pos i have now. I found the Cap ob-86 on Walmart for around $145 with free shipping. I've read a few reviews that this is a good bar for the price. Do...
So i'm still trying to decide between a variation of westside (ws4sb, ws4svb, ws4bb), and the cube method. I have the cube method ebook now, pretty good read. I like the theory of the cube, but i'm...
A workout partner is pretty much out of the question, except for the wife.
I also have a lat pulldown, and I'm working on building a deadlift platform with band attachments, and hopefully buying...
So I've given up golds for a garage gym. I have a r3 rack and plenty of weights, and a leg press. I'm trying to decide on which program to run, 531 or the cube. I have limited equipment, for now, so...
