Is there a way to target the inner pectorals? I mean, where they meet at the sternum.
I have fairly well-developed pectorals but I can still see my ribs at the sternum (where the two pecs meet)....
I overheard someone at my gym talking about "barbell flyes." Is it possible to do a barbell fly? If so, how would one perform it?
