I ate an 18 oz steak last night for dinner. Also had a baked potato, salad and an appetizer. And could've eaten more.

Assassin's Creed;Brotherhood and of the following: Dead Space 2, Need for Speed;Hot Pursuit, Spiderman;Shattered Dimensions. That should hold me for a while, I don't get a lot of time to play. But...

Good! Had a great Christmas. Got a new gym bag, and lots of other stuff for the gym. Plus money.....hello PS3 games!

Just bumped into my surgeon and he gave an impromtu evaluation. He said I'm ahead of schedule (and that I do more PT than any other patient he's had) and I can start lifting for real in Jan!
