tendon tears really keep you out of sport the longest.

Try to get hold of his nurse Kirsten brown. She is extremely kind and responsive. They diagnosed me via photo/email and then helped me arrange the whole thing Cross country.

Long story short I used to powerlift and strainer my pec a couple times doing that…my biggest bench was a 355 when I was 18 or 19…
