Awesome, glad I look balanced. People tell me I have big arms, but that's not a big achievement when you're an American living in Japan. At gyms here, I'm HUGE. Back home, just another guy.

What's up everyone. I was at the gym and had such an awesome arm workout I decided to have a trainer measure me. Flexed, biceps were 16.6 in. (43 cms).

I'm 6 foot on the nose, and weigh about 190....

broomstick dislocators (or whatever they're called) completely fixed my rotator problems. Took about a month and a half.

Anyone ever used one of these? See any results? I've had off and on forearm tendonitis for a few years now and thought for $20 one of these might be worth a try.
