If you can do real hspu, do them first in your routine. And all of that combined would take maybe 1-1.5 hours. You'd be better off doing full body each day, and several times a week. Just my opinion....

Lmfao 8g. I ate mostly black beans and sweet potatoes, and a few ounces of raw almonds. Almonds are delicious and aren't filling at all, but I've been managing to control myself

I put some chili in the crockpot. Ground turkey, turkey sausage, black beans, sweet potatoes, and all the usual chili things. Should be real tasty
