Thinking of switching over to Focus XT over the study stack. Thoughts? I want to take this every day, are there any added risks/benefits? Respond soon please, as I want to order it ASAP.

Would there be a problem in taking 500mg to 1g of GABA prior to bed? If one were also taking the study stack?

If you were taking the study stack during your times of study leading up to a test... would you also take the stack during the test?

Could you take this stack indefinitely? IE every day for months? Or would there be some problems?
