Good point. Calling how deep a squat should be (well it should be parallel, at least) causes so much argument/disagreement in this community.. goodness hahah

Hmm then I would wonder why the powerlifting federation of our country would count my friend's squat as a good lift. he's been powerlifting for 5 years.
