When they put bar inside no gym for 3months, atleast no heavy lifting
After taking it out I was allowed to lift heavy things same day but advised to wait about a month or so

Had pectus exc. got nussed, after ~22 months bar was removed.
Chest looks way better no though it sunken back a bit.
