    Im at uni right now probably getting trashed 3-4 times a week which has put my gym efforts on a slippery slope

    i had surgery on my hand today and will be in a cast for the next 3 months.....

    3x8 flat bench (as heavy as possible trying to increase weight and or reps each session)
    3x8 incline...
