The best spotter there is one of my buddies who must weigh all of 160. I am amazed how you can explain it total clearly and people just panic and grab at the bar anyway my favorite is the finger...

Just curious. I know when I started with Wade he showed me how some of the conditioning and cardio workouts I did were hindering my progress on squats. Just curious to hear his thoughts on that
agreed did you see mine yesterday? his liftoff was alright even though it was switch gripped but even with me telling him every set not to touch the bar he couldn't help himself. He never helped...
Has Wade showed you the staggered walkout? It helped a little for me

Fellin tired. Sleep has been rough the last few nights. No real reason either. Lucy has been good. I fall asleep fast and then wake up all night. Its annoying as hell
