To be honest, I would just go with the Dymatize Elite Whey for an extra pound, 70 servings and the same price; thus cheaper. I do love cinnibun trutein tho.

Cycling/ taking a break from a PWO is recommended however, supplements ( multi/ fishoil/ AA etc) are meant to supplement the deficiencies in your diet.
