do not listen to this at all! Nothing wrong with saturated fats! .4g - .5g per pound is a good minimum

he should have stayed out for a comparison with kai and wolf alone but i don't think that would have mattered. kai was off soft and watery and wolf was big and improved but didn't have shredded...
