I already paid for a second month of online personal training. I'm real happy with the first month, I gained about 7 lbs of muscle mass and a lot of strength without gaining fat.

as i said before,i'm very impressed of the workout program,RRT is mad intensive.I'm getting a nutrition plan from Lazar too,wanna get big and ripped like him without gaining fat.

yea brah, the vids are good, a lot of different exercises + Lazar does really reply quick. I personally feel great after 17 days of training, that Rest Reduction Training is the best training method...
