pre bulk - 225 for 5 sets of 5 bench. 225 for 6 sets of 8 squat. 405 for 3 sets of 3 reps deadlift
Post bulk 275 for 6 sets of 6 reps bench. 315 for 6 sets of 12 reps squats. 495 for 3 reps deadlift
