    mainly because of 2 shoulder dislocations
    your arm sounds like that because of overpowering strength on either chest or back thats my best guess...

    I think your best bet is just to cut down the intake and train smart and hard, diet hard and then cut down look great dude
    keep it healthy also stay away from maccas eat potato's rice etc

    id go skulls, bench dips and then over head extensions 4 x 12 each
    i did that for 4 weeks and put on some good gains...
    skulls are the best tri exercise imo
