It’s on the description of the bar, composite bushings. The other coated bars have brass. I have never seen the composite bushing so I can’t tell you how they are supposed to spin.

I have the RML390F, it’s a great rack. I just turned mine into a 6 post, made some custom 2x3 base frames and added more posts for weight storage.

Bumper plates are the same size as 45s. They also make technique plates that are 5-10 lbs. Easiest way is to get some rubber mats stacked to make up the difference in height.
