I've had some success on this rep scheme on deads going from 340 -> 390, but I've been stuck in the 370 - 400 range forever. Too many reps / too heavy to continue?

Aren't white breads & pasta just sugar to your body?
Since all the weight gainers out there are maltodextrin which is pretty much sugar / junk food, correct? I'm looking into finally switching to real food for better results lol and a super lean bulk....
Thank you. Very informative post. Didn't even know what any of the parts, process was called. Watched a quick Youtube vid on swaging. Seems straight forward. Dunno how you could screw that up LOL....
So, about 3 months ago, I bought a TDS plate loaded cable crossover for my house. Its just me using it, and I'm a little guy / lightweight. I haven't even had 100lbs on a side yet. Was doing cable...
Hmm... it also appears that the cables are not exactly the same length... one side is going to need 6 links and the other side is going to need 7 links. One side, the fixed pulley sits about 1/2"...
Ya that's what I figured. Kinda weird that the machine came like that. It's made in China though, so... one of the square tubes had the bottom "stump" I guess you would call it, welded on slightly...
Hi Clive, thank you for the response. As far as I can see, there are ZERO adjustments on this machine aside from the pulley height adjustments. Both the working cable and the fixed cable have fixed...
Hey guys, just picked up a TDS plate loaded cable cross over for my house. Unit is solid, but the engineer in me is questioning if something is wrong with the assembly. I've gone over the super...
Thanks for the info! A few follow ups...
So, with a 1:1 machine, the weight at the handle is 1:1 or is it still 2:1?
Are there any plate loaded crossovers that I missed that aren't...
Looking to get a Cable Crossover for home. Mainly for cable crossovers, tricep pull downs, curls, rows, etc. My space is limited, so I don't want to get a crazy huge one although, duh, its a big...
Well, thats weird. OPs "stats" show him benching 250lbs, squatting 321lbs and curling 137lbs. Strongs lifts for a 16 year old. You must have been lifting since you were what? 5?
You figured out how to get to 11% BF and can't figure out how to get lower? Uh... 11% BF is not something you get to by accident, nor is it easy to get to. 6'4" / 210lbs @ 11% BF? Doubtful. By the...
Thanks for stopping by "Christopher Guerriero" rep
You are 6'1" / 194lbs. Go gain 30lbs and tell us how your chest looks then. Yeah, seriously. Tall guys need more mass to fill out. Sux 2 b tall, huh?
Impatient much?
What was your starting bench? Whats your current bench? What was your starting body weight? Whats your current bodyweight?
What exercises are you doing?
This question tells us nothing. What weight did you start at? Ie. if you went from empty bar to bar + 35lbs, well, that sucks. On the other hand, if you went from 200lbs to 235lbs, well, thats better.
Cuz thats really the only thing dumbbells can be used for.
Haha... and thats not even how you ****en spell dumbbells. This guy has got to be a troll. Nobody is this ****en retarded.
If you have never worked out and are 6'1" 225lbs, yeah, I'd say cut first.
