this has to do with LIGHTING. you will almost always look more defined under a flourescent light when compared to a normal light bulb. the mirrors in the gym are not "curved".

i have yet to hear anything good about tribulus supplements. i'd steer clear of tribex and look into proven supplements you know will work. protein, creatine, cell volumizers, ph's, etc

vitamin shoppe also sells refrigerated flax oil. i recommend getting the name brand one and NOT the vitamin shoppe brand. you'd think they'd be identical... but the generic brand tastes awful.
