this... circuit training won't be any different than heavy lifting, in fact it may be worse at maintaining muscle given you are in a deficit.

I still can't decide which I like better, but I tend to favor my strong hand as the overhand... either way I'm not a fan of mixed grip in general, but my grip strength SUCKS, so i gotta deal lol
Agree.... I'd say it was moreso early 00's for the downfall. Now it's fanbase is strictly enthusiasts, little to no public popularity. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not exactly great for progress
