Ok I only have:-
Cottage cheese
Greek yoghurt
Sweetener
Chocolate protein powder
Eggs

Will the cheesecake still work ? There all fat free by the way... Does anyone have a recipe consisting...

Would 50g coco pops low fat milk and half scoop chocolate protein powder be ok post workout... The coco pops contain 16g simple sugars ? I figured it'd be better post workout than any other time go...
