I'm going that route beginning in 2 days...going to do a 6-week serious cut for a July 1 target date. But cutting does make me more fatigued and frustrated from hunger; not necessarily more...

Just a small update...

A little over 3 weeks on Effexor XR now, the last 2 of which were at 75mg. Those were from the 2 starter packs the doc gave me. Quite honestly, no real improvement. If...

Nope, it's safer here...I cannot be struck with tomatoes, etc. on the internet. ;)
