I think that intermittent fasting can work great for some people.... but I had troubles...

I got a booty transformation from doing strong lifts 5x5... of course my favorite part of working out is my legs so I would do booty moves...

Best thing I ever found was "Lose it!" its an app i downloaded on my phone but I can access it online from any computer as well!
So you enter your current weight and it sets a calorie daily goal...
