You're trying to use only fallacies and hyperbole to support an argument. You can say I'm arguing semantics, but at least there is sound logic behind it.

Being upset with the prosecution's failure is a perfectly rational response to the situation and doesn't really involve taking sides as you proposed.

People are hypocritical because they do what suits them. This fact is this is true for everyone across the spectrum, not just the "left" or "right".

The reason why is because studies show NO causation and no statistically significant correlation. Data tends to trump subjective opinion, as it should.
