yu guys av just stated doin chin ups/ pulls ups n find them really hard... i read there the best thing to do for your back n biceps(better than bicep curls).... so i was wonderin how i can improve on...

try this it worked for me... increase yur calorie intake by 800 cals a day carbs n protein... n increase each se by a rep or 2..
yur not big enough for it to be noticeable. It'l fix itself wen yu get bigger

i kno this mat sound stupid but play basketball... i played for 3 months and i grew by 2 inches... i think the jumping up at the rim stretching can increase growth when your young

hey i was just wondering how good preacher curls are because when i do them (using corretct form) they dont feel as effective as when i do hammer curls

i beleive that when you are doing bech/incline presses you must have a wide grip.... place yur hands closer to the middle of the bar..

no pain no gain, on squats yu must have poor form...it reely shud'nt hurt yur bck that much
