OK... so... after nearly 3 years... I have finally found the light with my Prostatitis problem that caused me to start this thread and I wanted to update this for the guys that may come in here...

Ditto on all these...I say after an hour of the PWO Shake or so...I eat a full meal...the shake is for muscle repair only...its not a fulfilling meal. You got to keep the food constant after a work...
I am not a sports nutritionist but I say yeah. I wouldn't make it with a ton of Protein though. I can see 30 plus grams after an intense workout with weights but for cardio...I am thinking about...

Horrible! This has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Supplements are supplements not replacements for real food. Adding two protien shakes to a diet already high in high quality foods...
