fasting can just put ur body at a higher risk of muscle loss.
if u do any kinda of fasted activity its best to keep it low to moderate intensity.
high intensity exercise uses carbs as fuel and...
try posting ur macro breakdown (protein/carb/fat %) and total calorie intake.
