    Did a good 45 minutes on the treadmill steady 3.8mph 15% incline. Phew was I a sweaty mess. Feeling leaner... scale says 184# post workout and shower.

    Election Day

    I blew it, I just couldn't get out of bed on time and had to skip cardio. I did a little bit of a swiss ball ab workout though.

    Off Sunday

    Had Sunday off, and the diet was not great due to a family event. Over the weekend did a little experiment with hair removal cream. Bottom line: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STUFF! Leave it on too long...

    Another cardio day

    Did the treadmill this AM for 35 minutes, then led the Scout troop on an orienteering skills trip, so add some more walking.
