Do just as DJAuto said. I use to get marks where blood had risen to the the surface of the skin, nto really bruising. Started placing a towel folded a few times under the supports and now no problems.

I wouldnt say its worthless. I haven't seen a product from VPX that didn't work to some degree. Its just that using the product would cost too much.
