expo was better the first year..still good last year but a few less companies and bit more stingy on free product samples...hopefully now that the strongman competition is back it will draw more...

having been the last 2 years...its more of a b card lineup...still impressive to see in person but dont expect to see the top guys up on stage, you will see some at their supplement booths though.....
