Can you tell me the nutrition info on that blue label ketchup? I recently found low sodium heinze ketchup.. but I've yet to see the blue label in superstore..

cooking it with mushrooms, garlic, onion and chicken stock (or beef stock).

2 Slices of WW Toast

1 Banana or Orange
Green Tea and Water
I love to have a big breakfast to get things rolling.

quinoa is your best bet as a "rounded food" I also like how quickly it will cook.. (15 mins compared to 40)
You can also try something called black rice, it's a bit harder to find.. but it cooks...
Olive oil is fine.. what temp do you have the stove on at?
Why don't you try to marinate the chicken in olive oil + seasonings and then fry it.. or shove a breast in the oven @ 375 for 40-50 mins...
If you can handle scrambled eggs why not do:
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Cup egg whites
Few veggies (onion, spinach, peppers, mushrooms etc..)
using a non stick pan, put the veggies in first for about 3-4...
