I took 1 caffeine pill which is only like 2cups of coffee. But then I had to go Walgreens to buy cough drops, and so I picked up a 20oz Monster energy drink too. And then I chugged it whiel going...

But had a really horrible workout today. This past weekend I was sneezing and had running nose...but I was feeling better today. Popped caffeine pill for PWO, and then chugged 20oz energy drink. ...

Damn bro...17 and thinking about marriage. I wouldn't think about that till your at least upper 20's....trust me...your outlook and thinking about life in general will change a ton as you get older.

When the tub of Craze says 45 servings, is it really lasting 45 workouts? Or do you end up having to triple up on the serving sizes to get a good effect, and end up with 15 servings per tub?

Its good if it happens over a few weeks or month, but it happened over 1 week when I couldn't eat. Thats too big a drop too quick for it to be fat loss. And today's workout was rough...felt alot...

Remember how I was sick last week? I ate soup and rice for 4days cause my throat hurt so bad, and then didn't get to the gym at all this weekend after feeling better . But I looked at the scale...
