I am asking, when you want one 1 cup of oats, do you measure it uncooked or cooked? When it measures out 1 cup uncooked it will yield more than a cup after you nuke it.
WHen eating your oats do you eat one cup cooked oats or do you measure 1 cup before you cook them? I cant seem to eat them when i measure 1 cup and then nuke them.

They are basically saying meat that is high in fat will produce problems such as cancer. I do believe alot of fatty foods will cause problems in the long run.
