I have been cutting for a little over 4 months now and I'm down 27 lbs. I stalled a few times, but over all averaging 1.5 a week on a 40/40/20 low calorie diet.
My question is this - I haven't...
Yes, I'm looking for something healthy. I think I'll go with fruit. I was having cashews, but they didn't fit into my macros due to the high fat.
I need an afternoon snack that is about 100 calories and able to store in my desk at work. Any suggestions?
I agree! I was shocked at how hard it is.
Of course it affects you, its about 16 calories. I hate a cup of coffee every day with sugar, but I stay under my maint. so it works for me. I was a 4-5 cup a day drinker, so I limited myself to one...
All of the accessories are extra, but I picked them up cheap on ebay. I got the Iron Gym under $30 with shipping. I picked up dumb bells at Wal-Mart and for home use the quality is pretty good and...
You can use bands or weights. I only have a set of 10s and 20s, but haven't gotten to a workout where I needed other then these. The first routine had the pants pull-ups or something like that where...
I think Tony actually said that in the video, but I didn't pick up on it until you said it here about doing the cardio instead. Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to do that.
Day 2 was plyometrics - I made it 20 minutes in to this one. Has anyone else started like me? I'm trying to work my way into it by doing as much as I can until I can complete the workouts. Is there a...
I just had my first today in years. I normally get a cup of black coffee at the Dunkin Donuts in my corner gas station, but there were out tonight, so I grabbed a sugar free redbull instead. It was...
Yeah, is really harder than I thought. I am still pretty big, down about 25, but my stamina is 10 times better than it was a few months ago. I felt like tonight was my first workout ever, but in a...
Does anyone have thoughts on this? There's only 10 calories. Is there a thermogenic affect from this?
I did my first p90x tonight. I did the chest and back (I made it to the diamond pushups and couldn't go any furthur) and then the Ab Ripper. I haven't felt this good mentally and so worn physically...
I guess it's time to start a new one; this was one of my favorite threads.
I agree that I have. This last time though I was able to stick to maint. I am happy with such a small gain - I don't feel that I lost an ground this time and it is motivating me to stick to it.
This isn't my first attmept. 5 times prior I have lost 20-30 and gained it all back and I couldn't sustain it. Last time I decided to cycle 3 months on, 3 months off - This is the month back on....
So do you you think it is bad to ride this out as long as I can and then go back to my old (successful but slower) meal plan?
