Thanks, I get that but was asking about the progression over the 5 weeks. I assume I should follow the same increase in reps (8 first week to 12 in week 5) for all exercises/sets including warm up...
Question re the above.... all pro says do all FOUR sets for X reps. I assume I should also be increasing the reps for Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, Barbell Curls and Calf Raises along the same pattern too?...
Cardio and I have a hate/hate relationship. Would much rather lift and TBH it's the only form of exercise that has actually changed my body for the better.
Overtraining is not a cause of stomach ulcers. Stomach ulcers are generally treated with antibiotics and other medications. If you haven't already, please go and see a medical professional for advice.
