I just count between sleeps as a day, whatever that ends up being. Some nights I end up bringing like 5lbs of fish and piles of veggies and still end up hungry, lol.

Who else can relate to how real the hunger is on 12hr night shifts? I'm not even cutting and I feel like I'm dying.

Lol, I finished all of them without a problem. I was tempted to go for more, but I decided to call it.

I only stopped because of the looks I was getting from my extended family.

Went to my favorite buffet in Ontario while visiting family. Killed it.

Like 6 in a week, lol. Two of the hotels had a breakfast buffet, and I couldn't resist an Asian buffet in Barcelona for dinner.

Just got back from 3.5 weeks in Europe. Not a single macro was tracked, basically lived off bread, pastries, alcohol and buffets. Back in on this thread I guess, lol.
